2. What makes this different from a hedge fund?
We’re not a hedge fund. There are no fees, lock-ins, or equity dilution. You contribute capital temporarily, receive a capped return, and exit with full transparency.
3. If your strategy works so well, why not trade it yourself?
We do. But scaling high-return strategies requires meaningful capital. This model allows contributors to benefit while we scale responsibly.
4. Why not get a business loan instead?
Loans come with limited flexibility and interest burdens. This structure allows us to scale without needing to withdraw frequently due to early interest pressure. Banks also do not lend to traders since they trade client funds themselves and give little to no return. The solution for us is to align with contributors, not banks — and reward success without penalties.
5. What’s the risk to me as a contributor?
The strategy has a -30% hard drawdown cap. Trading halts if that level is hit. No further capital is exposed beyond that cap. In the last 3 years the most drawdown has only been a temperary -9.65% before recovering and hitting the targeted goal.
6. What do I receive in return?
Once we reach the performance target, you receive 100% of your original contribution plus a 50% return — then exit the agreement.
7. What if the strategy hits the target before 6 months?
You’re paid early. The agreement ends upon success — your total capital + 50% return are released, and we retain the remainder to continue scaling.
8. How do I know this is real?
You receive a signed contract, access to ongoing performance updates, and can contribute via PayPal Business for additional protection - allowing you to file a claim or dispute with your bank, making this opportunity essentially guaranteed or your money back.
9. Can I lose more than 30%?
No. The system automatically stops trading if losses approach the -30% limit. It’s built to protect downside first.
10. Is this legal and SEC compliant?
Yes. This is not an investment fund or public security offering. It’s a private capital contribution agreement — no public pooled vehicles or national solicitation.
11. Is my contribution used for anything besides trading?
Never. All funds are used strictly within the trading account. No marketing, salaries, or unrelated expenses are funded from contributor capital.
12. Can I reinvest after my term ends?
Absolutely. You may choose to roll into another 2–6 month cycle. Each agreement is structured independently.
