Who we are
Aultramind ("we", "us") runs the Aultramind app at poly.aultramind.com, the AultraCharts desktop app and this website. You can reach us about privacy at k@aultramind.com.
What we collect
Your account: your email address and sign-in details. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see them.
Your profile: the username and photo you choose, and what you decide to show on your public profile.
Your trading: your trades, balances, fees, settings, limits, goals, drawings, layouts, setup tags, sounds and pictures you upload, and the results we calculate from them.
Your live wallet: your Polymarket wallet address and its private key, stored encrypted, plus any withdrawal address you save.
How the apps are used: pages and features opened, app version, device type, time zone and approximate location (city or area) worked out from your IP address. Our servers also keep standard logs, which include IP addresses.
Notifications: if you turn them on, a push address for your device.
Referrals: who invited you, if anyone, so invite rewards can be paid.
How we use it
To run your account and place the trades you ask for; to collect the fees described in our Terms; to send sign-in emails and the notifications you turn on; to keep the service secure and stop abuse, including where Polymarket doesn't allow trading; and to understand which features are used so we can improve them.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Your wallet key
Your private key is stored encrypted on our server. It's used only to place the trades you make, including line orders you arm, collect fees and send withdrawals you request. You can remove it any time in the app. Anyone with a private key can move a wallet's money, so use a wallet just for Aultramind.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to run Aultramind:
Polymarket, where your trades are placed. Trades on Polymarket are recorded on a public blockchain, which anyone can see and no one can delete.
Supabase for sign-in, Resend for sign-in emails, Amazon Web Services for our servers in Ireland, a backup server in the United States, Bluehost for this website, and Apple, Google and your browser's push service for notifications.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our users and the service.
This website
aultramind.com doesn't use cookies, advertising or third-party trackers. It loads current prices from our own server so the numbers on the site stay up to date.
We count visits with our own tool on our own server. It records the page, the site that sent you, your rough location (country and city, worked out from your IP address), device type, browser, time on page and which sign-up or download buttons are clicked. Your IP address isn't stored. Visits are grouped with an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can't follow you from one day to the next. This data is kept for 90 days. To turn it off in your browser, open aultramind.com/?noan=1.
How long we keep it
Usage records are kept for up to 90 days. Account and trading records are kept while you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your information except trade and fee records we need to keep for accounting and legal reasons. Blockchain records can't be deleted by anyone.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by emailing k@aultramind.com. If you live in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to some uses and to complain to your data protection authority.
You can turn off notifications, remove your wallet key and keep dollar amounts off your public profile at any time in the app.
Security
We encrypt wallet keys, use secure connections and limit who can access account data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and a wallet holding only money you can afford to lose.
Age
Aultramind is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app before important changes take effect.
