Questions, answered.
Do Polymarket's own fees still apply?
Yes. Your trades are placed on Polymarket, so Polymarket's trading fees apply as usual. Aultramind's fees are separate and are shown on top of them.
How is the trade fee worked out?
It's a percentage of each filled trade: 1% on Free, 0.5% on Pro. If an order doesn't fill, there's no fee. A $100 trade costs $1.00 on Free or $0.50 on Pro.
How is the profit fee worked out?
When a trade wins, we take 10% (Free) or 5% (Pro) of its profit after Polymarket's fees and the trade fee, at the moment it settles, just like Polymarket's fees. Losing trades never pay a profit fee.
Are fees included in the numbers I see?
Yes. Your balance, profit, charts, win notifications and reports all have fees taken out, so the number you see is what you keep.
How do I pay for Pro?
Pro is $99 every 30 days, paid in pUSD from one of your live accounts.
Can I practice first?
Yes. Paper accounts are free and charge realistic fees on paper, so your results translate honestly when you go live.
Can I close a trade early?
Yes. Tap Close on an open position to sell it at the bid at any time before the last few seconds of the round.
Is Aultramind available where I live?
Polymarket isn't available in some countries, including the United States. Aultramind follows Polymarket's restrictions, so if Polymarket isn't available to you, Aultramind isn't either.
